Senior Quality Control

  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and GMP.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits of the production line to identify areas of improvement.
  • Lead B2B Business by managing and supervising communication with high-profile clients.
  • Ensure that, the company compliance with‏ ‏the requirements / laws and ‎regulations of Egyptian standard, Ministry Of Health “MOH” and ‎National Food Safety Authority “NFSA” .
  • Design, update, and implement all quality standards (ISO 9001 - ISO ‎‎22000 - FSSC 22000 - AIB - BRC).‎
  • Lead the management review meeting to ensure continuous ‎improvement and the closer rate for the all nonconformities.‎
  • Ensure that, the company's products / SKU's meet the company ‎specifications and customer needs.
  • Review, approve and communicate the Creation & modifying of SOPs ‎& WIs to develop and standardize the work system.‎
  • Establish and implement the internal and external audit (plans - checklists) regarding to (NFSA, ISO9001, ‎ISO22000, FSSC, HALAL, BRC, AIB).
  • Conduct a training for the food defense program for all factory staff.
  • Lead and participate in GMP, GHP or GSP deviation to reach the root ‎cause using quality tools like root cause analysis, control charts, ‎PDCA and others.‎
  • Manage Root Cause Analysis for all deviations and defects to avoid ‎recurrence.‎
  • Follow up and conduct verification for all CCP's / OPRP's.‎
  • Statistical analysis for all quality data and results then represented for ‎top management.
  • Responsible for creating and updating of HACCP system plans for all ‎Products “SKU’s” according to ISO22000 & FSSC.‎
  • Review the revision process of the Chromalines (new products labeling ‎data) on the wrapper, display boxes & outer cartons that is done by the ‎team according to the standard.
  • Inspect facilities and equipment for cleanliness and proper maintenance.
  • Evaluate compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations.
  • Report any non-conformities or deviations from standards and assist in corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for production staff on hygiene protocols and GMP.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to support ongoing staff education.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, training sessions, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality issues, non-conformities, and compliance to management.
  • Work closely with production and management teams to promote a culture of quality and safety.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, assisting in the development of quality standards and best practices.
