The Plant Manager oversees the entir plant, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and safe operations. Responsible for managing production, quality, maintenance, materials, and staff performance to meet company targets.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Monitor KPIs (output, efficiency, waste, downtime) and implement improvement plans.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns.
- Ensure product quality and address any defects or process deviations.
- Manage and develop department supervisors and production staff.
- Control raw material usage (paper, glue, ink) and coordinate with Procurement/Warehouse.
- Enforce all safety, health, and environmental regulations in the plant.
- Prepare and submit production and performance reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or related field).10–15 years of experience .Strong technical knowledge of corrugator operations and converting machines.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
