SALES TECHNICAL ENGINEER – GENERATORS

Badar and Asfour is the Egyptian company for Central Ventilation Systems (CVS) established in El-Minya, Egypt. This company has expertise in providing HVAC solutions in the Middle East and Africa region. It takes pride in manufacturing and delivering certified ventilation products, including air distribution, air control, air movement, and passive fire protection.

We are looking for a Sales Technical Engineer specializing in Generators sales and technical office. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of power generation systems and will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and supporting clients with the right product solutions.

Under the guidance and supervision of the CFO or his nominees, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for generator products in the Egyptian market and across the region.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and propose suitable generator solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate sizing, specifications, and compliance.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: inquiries, quotations, negotiations, closing deals, and follow-up.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Provide post-sales support for delivery, installation follow-up, and project documentation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports through CRM or internal systems.
  • Participate in exhibitions, presentations, and client meetings to promote the cFompany's generator solutions.
  • Keeps track of competitors’ products, prices, and commercial terms.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor or his nominees.
