1. Job Purpose To assist the tech lead in the development of complex, high-performance, and reusable user interface components and applications, providing technical leadership and driving front-end best practices and innovation.
2. Key Responsibilities* Strategic: Architect and build scalable and maintainable front-end applications; define and evangelize front-end standards and best practices.* Operational: Tackle complex challenges like performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility; mentor mid-level and junior developers.* People / Collaboration: Lead front-end code reviews; collaborate with UX/UI designers to provide technical feedback and ensure feasibility.* Compliance / Reporting: Ensure UI code quality, performance, and security; stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and trends.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)* Application performance metrics (load time, time to interactive).* Code quality and reusability (component library adoption).* Reduction of UI-related bugs.
4. Competency Requirements* Core Competencies: Technical Leadership, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail, Mentorship.* Technical Competencies: Expert in Java Script (ES6+), Angular, Advanced CSS, State Management.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.- 4+ Years of experience.- Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.- Proficiency with Java Script and Type Script.- Experience working with Angular (Angular 14+).- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
