  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls
  • Manage reception area and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars when needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations
  • Maintain office supplies and order new materials as needed

Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk, office administration, or customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Professional appearance and friendly, positive attitudeAbility to handle confidential information with discretionFluency in English is a plus
