About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative / Closer to join our digital marketing team. Your role is to convert qualified leads into paying clients by presenting our services clearly, understanding client needs, and driving the sales cycle from initial contact to close. You will work closely with the marketing and account teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads generated through marketing, WhatsApp, social media, email and ads.

Perform outbound calls/messages to warm prospects and follow up consistently.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, goals, and budgets.

Present and pitch digital marketing services (PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SMM, Video Marketing, WhatsApp Management, Funnels, Branding).

Create proposals, offers, and custom packages based on client requirements.

Manage the full sales pipeline: from first contact to negotiation and closing.

Maintain accurate CRM updates (leads, activities, follow-ups, deal status).

Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets (MQL → SQL → Closed Deals).

Build and nurture long-term client relationships for upsell and retention.

Provide feedback on common client objections and market trends.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Closer, Account Executive, or similar sales role.

Experience selling digital marketing services is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Strong understanding of social media marketing, PPC, SEO, and digital campaigns.

Ability to work with CRMs and follow structured sales processes.

Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance-driven culture.

Fluent English; Arabic is a plus (for GCC/KSA markets).

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage remote work efficiently.
