Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join BasharSoft’s Creative Team and lead the development of visual content across WUZZUF and Forasna. This role requires strong creative direction, a refined design eye, and the ability to translate ideas into high-quality visuals that elevate both brands. You will work closely with Marketing, Growth, and Content teams to deliver designs that support campaigns, brand initiatives, and communication efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of visually compelling assets for campaigns, social media, events, and employer branding.
• Drive the visual direction of WUZZUF and Forasna, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual themes for marketing initiatives.
  Create infographics, illustrations, and communication materials that simplify messages and attract engagement.
• Design high-quality presentations, reports, and visual stories for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Content teams on briefs and campaign needs.
• Review and guide the work of junior designers to maintain visual quality and brand alignment.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and ensure efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to improving creative workflows, templates, and brand guidelines.
