We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for the company.
Conduct the following:
- Recruitment. (Preliminary interviews by selection, calls, face to face, head hunting etc.)
- Create and update employee folders.
- Follow-up the system on time attendance (monthly report via system printout).
- Fill out Pension and employment insurance documentation for all company staff.
- HR duties and support of company administration department..for ex. Job titles and descriptions of all employees /departments.
- Create a performance based grading and review system.
- Follow-up employee issues (if any). Hiring, problems, firing, arguments etc.
Excellent command of English and Arabic both written and oral.Experience in HR systems for medium and large firms.Social, Fair and good composed personality yet firm and follows their job routine with utmost professionalism. being an HR manager does not mean you are the boss of employees.
