We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Team Leader to manage and support a professional Talent Acquisition team and ensure efficient, high-quality hiring delivery across different functions.

Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve monthly targets
Manage end-to-end hiring for mid & senior roles
Develop sourcing strategies and improve talent pipelines
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders
