- Develop and maintain 3D architectural models using Revit, ArchiCAD, or other BIM software.
- Ensure the BIM models align with project requirements, client standards, and company BIM protocols.
- Coordinate BIM execution with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Implement model-based design processes to support documentation and visualization.
- Translate design concepts into accurate BIM models and drawings.
- Assist in creating presentation visuals, renderings, and walkthroughs.
- Integrate architectural design intent with structural, MEP, and other discipline models.
- Prepare 2D documentation and construction drawings directly from BIM models.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.1–3 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.Proficiency in Revit (essential).Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools.Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and building systems.Awareness of coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
