- Assume customer centric account ownership for assigned export destination.
- Execute Export Booking process and troubleshooting with Shipping Lines and / Or Freight Forwarders .
- Execute and Maintain on time completion of Export documentation cycle for assigned Accounts .
- Handling Field processing of Bank related documentation cycle .
- Review Related Logistics service provider invoices and upload to ERP System.
- Local Delivery Control Tower and related trucking Supplier relationship management
- Inland Trucking Control Tower and Supplier relationship management .
- Handling Trucking control tower for both ports and local distribution with 50% job enrichment ratio While Assuming account management role partially for small customers including full cycle from Order Booking and tracking till arrival and completion of documentation cycle with 50% Job Enrichment Ration
7-10 Years of Experience in Freight forwarding operations very Good in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP is a plus Very Good English language and Communication Skills Good presentation skills .Assume customer centric account ownership for assigned export destination.
