Job Description – HR & Admin Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced HR and Administration Manager to lead and oversee all human resources and administrative functions. The position requires a dynamic leader capable of developing HR strategies, supervising the administrative team, and ensuring smooth daily operations aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company strategy.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and employee development.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure fair evaluation processes.
- Supervise and guide the administrative team to ensure efficiency in office operations, logistics, and facility management.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, and internal policies.
- Manage office budgets, contracts, and suppliers related to admin operations.
- Support management in workforce planning, organizational structure, and employee relations.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in HR & Administration, including 3 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in supervising an administrative team.Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Excellent command of English and MS Office.Experience with HR systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
