- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations with all related departments.
- Manage and track shipments, and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities.
- Communicate with Air and Sea Shipping Lines to book shipments as per the company's shipping schedule.
- Doing comparisons among shipping lines and freight forwarders to get the best pricing in the market.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as required.
- Implement and maintain logistics procedures in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain of Fresh and Frozen Fruits and Vegitables Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation coordination.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with customs regulations and shipping documentation is a plus.
