  Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering within industrial or infrastructure sectors.Proficiency in programming and configuring PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems.Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).Experience with system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation equipment.Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in automation projects.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
