- oubleshoots, services, related PC software, telephones, cables, and
connectors. - Manage Windows Servers (File and printing server, WDS, WSUS and Active
Directory). - Manage Firewall FortiGate or Sophos.
- Troubleshoot network devices like routers, switches, Access points, IP Phones
and Camera systems. - Maintains all support work orders in company ticketing system
- Keeps Hardware inventory equipment and report’s findings of any problem.
- Follow up to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- May participate in after-hours support via cell phone and remote access to PC
and/or network. - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to internal customers.
- Works with other teams and departments in performing tasks associated.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any otherrelated degree.- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.- Preferable to have CCNA, MCSA certifications.- Having good documentation skills.- Strong troubleshooting and problems diagnosing skills.- Previous experience in working with active Directory.- Experience in Microsoft Windows.- Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs- Experience in Networking Topology; Firewall installation; configuration
