- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Deliver HSE training sessions and workshops to employees, contractors, and visitors to promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Ensure all safety equipment and emergency response systems are maintained and fully operational.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily activities.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor environmental impact and ensure adherence to environmental protection standards.
- Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives for HSE performance.
- Stay updated on new HSE regulations and industry trends, ensuring ongoing compliance and proactive risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.3 to 7 years of proven experience in an HSE engineering role, preferably within the electrical or manufacturing industries.Strong knowledge of Egyptian and international HSE standards, regulations, and best practices.Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and collaboration.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records.Familiarity with emergency response planning and crisis management.Commitment to continuous professional development in HSE practices.
