- Create, develop, and modify accurate patterns for new samples and production styles.
- Interpret designs, technical packs, and specifications to produce precise digital patterns.
- Work closely with the design, technical, and sample sewing teams to ensure best fit and construction quality.
- Ensure patterns are aligned with size charts, grading rules, and production feasibility.
- Make pattern corrections based on fitting comments and technical feedback.
- Maintain pattern files and records in Gerber system.
- Support continuous improvement in pattern accuracy and efficiency.
- Bachelor Degree in Pattern Making, Fashion Design, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker, preferably in ready-made garments or sample rooms.- Strong proficiency in Gerber CAD system (mandatory).- Good computer-skills (MS Office, Excel, Email).- Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and sewing techniques.- Good command of English (spoken and written).- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.-Alexandria Resident is a must.
