- Lead and manage complex engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to deliver integrated solutions for military armored vehicle systems.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Oversee the integration of innovative technologies and advanced manufacturing techniques to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and present updates to senior management and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all phases of project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future projects.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of progressive experience in engineering project management, preferably within the defense or automotive sectors. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. Demonstrated experience with project management tools and methodologies. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards.
