- Manage and update the company’s digital presence, including social media platforms and the official website, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with the brand’s guidelines.
- Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of digital campaigns, including posts, newsletters, and website updates, to maintain consistent communication with target audiences.
- Support the planning and execution of BTL marketing activities, including the management of giveaways stock, promotional materials, and logistics for events and activations.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing activities across digital and offline channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and service providers to facilitate smooth execution of campaigns and events.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors’ activities to contribute ideas that enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Support the coordination of CSR activities and corporate events when required.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including handling purchase requests, quotations, and vendor follow-ups.
- Contribute to maintaining the company’s marketing archive (photos, videos, campaign assets, etc.) for future reference and usage.
- Assist in coordinating photo/video shoots and other creative productions as needed.
Perform any other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and website content management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).Good organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic design skills with hands-on experience in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator to create visual content for digital and offline use.Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools) for preparing short-form content such as reels, stories, and campaign highlights. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital and BTL activities.Experience in managing social media accounts and/or website content is preferred.Exposure to event coordination, giveaways management, or vendor liaison is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Additional training in digital marketing, content creation, or analytics is a plus.
