Human Resources Recruiter

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.

 3-4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition ( Experience in shipping & Logistics is a MUST)  .Good command of English (spoken and written)Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
