- Conduct research and development of new resin formulations and optimize existing products to meet market and customer requirements.
- Design, plan, and execute laboratory experiments for resin synthesis, characterization, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and technical support to ensure seamless scale-up and commercialization of new products.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and uphold best practices in chemical handling and waste management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to resin performance, quality, and application.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to resin chemistry.
- Assist in the evaluation and qualification of raw materials and suppliers to ensure consistent product quality.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams regarding resin products and applications.
