- Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personnel files.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation such as contracts, memos, and reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement and training activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all personnel information.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
1-2 years of experience in a personnel, HR, or administrative role.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
