- Responsible for ensuring that all produced castings meet strict quality standards and required technical specifications from clients.
- Supervise the inspection of incoming raw materials and production supplies to ensure they meet specifications.
- Monitor key variables in production processes such as pouring temperature, metal chemical composition, and mold treatment.
- Conduct mechanical and analytical tests on castings (e.g., tensile strength, hardness, Spectro analysis, etc.).
- Prepare data analysis reports and identify root causes of common casting defects, recommending corrective actions.
- Investigate customer complaints related to quality and take necessary corrective measures to ensure satisfaction and prevent recurrence.
- Conduct internal audits on production lines to ensure compliance with approved quality standards (e.g., ISO).
- Continuously improve processes to reduce rejection rates and enhance final product quality.
- Follow up and calibrate all tools and equipment to ensure they meet specifications before starting production.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Practical Experience: Not less than two years in the same field.Excellent communication skills with team members and other departments. Ability to analyze data and identify problems accurately. Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure. Proficient in computer applications and the internet. Fluent in English.
