Work Location:
The position is based at El-Dabaa, within the Egyptian National Nuclear Project site.

Job Requirements:
4to10 years of proven experience in the Human Resources field
Previous experience working with construction and development companies is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law, recruitment procedures, payroll systems, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
High level of adaptability and ability to work in remote project locations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/software.
Additional Notes:

While the project site is located in El-Dabaa, preference is given to candidates residing in Cairo, with willingness to travel or relocate as needed
