Electrical Sales Engineer

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil, gas, and building technologies sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their technical needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase EBESCO’s electrical and instrumentation solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to provide accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products and services.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.1-2 years of experience in electrical sales, technical sales, or a related engineering role.Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation products, especially for oil, gas, and building technology applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel to client sites as required.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
