Part of our business expansion, we are currently looking for a Field Sales Engineer.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Field Sales Engineer to develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling our solutions to industrial, manufacturing, or technical clients. You will work closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth in your assigned territory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned regions or markets.
  • Conduct on-site visit, technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs, propose suitable technical solutions, and provide appropriate commercial offers.
  • Follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals in collaboration with the back-office sales and technical teams.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to nurture long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights to the management team.

 

 


Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical background.Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in technical sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or similar industry.Familiarity with tendering processes and technical proposal preparation.Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex products or systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly autonomous with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory
