Office Manager

Al Safa - Egypt - Cairo
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in administrative processes.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management and staff.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
  • Implement and uphold office policies, procedures, and standards to support company objectives.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the office environment.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Experience in coordinating with vendors and managing office budgets.Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced office environment.only females lives in nasr city ,  Heliopolis , and fifth settlement.
