Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates, particularly for real estate consultancy and support functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with company culture and job specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to promote The Address Investments as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year and up to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
