  • Lead overall operational strategy to support business goals and rapid scaling
  • Review quality reports and finalize supplier classification.
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure operational integrity.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and optimize key metrics relating to sales, fulfilment, and customer experience
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive team to execute strategic initiatives
  • Foster a high-performance culture and mentor departmental heads
  • Develop and enhance policies, compliance, and risk management processes
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, operational automation, and systems integration
     

Days off: Fridays

Working hours: from 9 to 6
