This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior BIM Architect. The Senior BIM Architect will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of building information models, creating architectural and construction drawings, and handling submittals. The Senior BIM Architect will also collaborate with various teams to ensure project standards are met, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role is based in 6th of October.

Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural DrawingsFull TimeCreate accurate construction BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Produce organized architectural drawing sets for various construction stages and participate in discipline reviews.Follow international and internal BIM standards.Review project Architectural drawings and specifications.Identify conflicts, incomplete or unclear design information.Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline design – changes and model challenges.May take the lead to develop BIM content for project- specific needs.Provide /assist in Architectural BIM trainings.QualificationsStrong skills in Architecture and Architectural DrawingsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)Experience in creating Construction Drawings and handling SubmittalsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldProfessional licensure or certification in architecture is a plusProficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, etc.5 to 15 Years of Architectural BIM experience.Experience of Building Information Modeling (BIM software) is a must using Autodesk Revit.Knowledge in design, calculations and design systems.Clear understanding of BIM Standards, Processes, and workflowsLive near Zayed or October city.
