- Handle all incoming customer inquiries in-person regarding real estate properties.
- Provide detailed information on available units, prices, payment plans, and project features.
- Coordinate property viewings and site visits for potential clients.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all real estate projects and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Assist in the sales process by following up on leads and supporting sales agents when needed.
- Prepare and send necessary documentation such as quotations, booking forms, and contracts.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Support the administration of reservations, down payments, and related follow-up processes.
- Provide feedback from customers to relevant departments to improve service quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role in the real estate industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.Fluency in Arabic is required; English is a plus.Professional appearance and demeanor.
