- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
- Plan and implement various activities of the experience store
- Execute opening/new product/membership/weekend activities
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Be in charge of hiring personnel (DJs, waiters etc.)
- Coordinate all operations
- Lead promotional activities for the event
- Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
- Approve aspects before the day of the event
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management or related field is preferredProven experience as event managerAge 25-33Proficient in MS OfficeCan organize groups and activities, and understand social mediaWorking Experience 1 year or aboveExperience in planning offline marketing activities, worked in a retail brand for more than one year, can host and plan large and small activities, including secondary marketing after event marketingPreferably can do graphic design, make event posters / can host events
