  Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar roleUnderstanding of full cycle recruitingGood knowledge of local labor regulationsHands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management SoftwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLeadership abilitiesBSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
