- Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, laptops, desktops, Office 365, software, and hardware.
- Perform server administration tasks including user/group management, permissions, and group policies.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and security tools (e.g., ESXi, Veeam, TrendMicro EDR/XDR).
- Manage and secure network servers, storage systems (SAN/NAS), and backup solutions.
- Monitor system performance, investigate alerts/logs, and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine audits, validate backups, and support disaster recovery readiness.
- Ensure data security, implement cybersecurity measures, and monitor compliance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and keep accurate records of hardware/software.
- Provide user support and resolve technical issues via phone or ticketing system.
- Handle other related IT duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.5–7 years of system administration experience.Strong knowledge of system security and IT infrastructure.Hands-on experience with ESXi, SAN/NAS, Office 365, and backup tools.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
