- Resourcing for CVs for all potential opening positions through available candidate resources, advising other resources as appropriate.
- Previewing sufficient CVs for vacancies when required prioritizing the best to hiring manager.
- Coordinating with managers for interviews with efficient time.
- Organizing and file candidate’s applications to Retrieve requested applications in minimum time when needed.
- Conducting exit interview with all leaving employees and analyze the actual reasons for leaving Flex Egypt.
Very good command of English 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar Industry is a MUST. Business administration degree or equivalent professional qualification.6th of October residents
