Administrative Affairs Manager

  • Developing and updating administrative policies and procedures in accordance with corporate governance methodologies and regulatory compliance, ensuring integration with international standards in facilities and operational resource management.
  • Comprehensive supervision of governance for all internal administrative services, including transportation, security, cleaning, archiving, facilities operation, hospitality, fleet management, custodianship, and maintenance, through standardized operating models and reference control plans.
  • Managing the contractual relationship network with operational service providers or suppliers through evaluation mechanisms based on Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Leading the review and analysis of branches' and headquarters' needs regarding operational infrastructure and equipment, and developing work environments according to spatial and functional efficiency indicators.
  • Overseeing the implementation of approved preventive and periodic maintenance policies, linking them to platforms that track technical and operational performance of facilities.
  • Applying industrial security and institutional safety controls in coordination with regulatory authorities, and activating the reporting, prevention, and preventive training system.
  • Developing a centralized model for managing official archives and correspondence, achieving integration between digital platforms and paper documents within the framework of information security.
  • Managing the administrative and logistical procurement chain through financial efficiency controls and controlling the size of administrative inventory, activating optimal spending indicators.
  • Preparing operational budgets based on a results-oriented performance model, and controlling expenditure relative to operational outputs and service value.
  • Reviewing and analyzing performance reports issued by operations supervisors, linking them to continuous improvement processes and responses to environmental changes.
  • Preparing analytical reports based on quantitative and qualitative indicators to measure operational performance efficiency, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior management.
