Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Smart Village. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within BPO or call center environments, and will be responsible for supporting the full employee life cycle, ensuring a smooth and effective HR function across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BPO/call center roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate and execute payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursements in collaboration with the finance department.
- Assist with training and development initiatives.
- Ensure HR reports and metrics are regularly updated and shared with senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.Solid understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with HR software systems Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Fluency in English is a must.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Dynamic and inclusive work culture.Career development and growth opportunities.Exposure to a high-performing and fast-growing organization.
