Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Manage staff scheduling, performance, and training.
Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
Handle inventory, ordering, and supplier relations.
Analyze sales and costs to maximize profitability.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
Coordinate with the head office on marketing, promotions, and reporting.
Requirements:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (minimum 3 years preferred).Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.Flexibility to work in shifts.
