- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and pharmacists.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure high-quality customer engagement and team effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing product knowledge training and professional development for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and senior management teams to align business strategies
- Prepare and present district performance reports and forecasts.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science (Biology), or related field.Experience from 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmeceutical, nutraceutical industry.Experience in cosmeceutical or nutreceutical fieldProven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.Strong understanding of skincare products and market dynamics.Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned district.
