Job Purpose:
To oversee the performance, security, and availability of Transmars IT infrastructure while leading and supporting a team of system administrators and support staff. Ensures seamless IT operations across departments and implements effective solutions aligned with business needs.
Job Description:
- Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and manage team tasks and priorities.
- Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
- Familiar with Office 365 administration and Intune device Management.
- Ensure the security, backup, and integrity of all systems and networks.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and manage escalations.
- Coordinate and implement infrastructure projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations).
- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and IT asset inventory.
Minimum 5 years in system administration, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing enterprise infrastructure and supporting business-critical IT environments.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365Experience with VMware/Hyper-V, firewalls, and networkingERP orientated, preferably Oracle and Salesforce CRM.Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and project management skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilities
