Administrative Tasks:
- Planning for the establishment and updating of the descriptive and accreditation database by linking new accreditations with the old ones.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of information pertaining to the departments related to the administrative office.
- Setting mechanisms for receiving, reviewing, and discussing accreditation requests and including them in the database, whether for accreditation purposes from (Technical Office or the sales representative), which are submitted by departments (Sales / Branches and Governorates).
- This includes requests for the following items: (samples that are received and not received / boards / company accreditation files). After reviewing them, they are presented to the Technical Office Manager for approval and follow-up of procedures until completion or rejection, with reasons provided in case of refusal.
- Planning, directing, and following up on the accreditation and description plans for the work sectors in Al-Shorbagy (Irrigation and Agriculture Sector – Water Stations Sector – Consulting Offices Sector – Military Projects Sector – Housing Projects Sector).
- Directing the preparation and presentation of technical explanations and documents related to accreditations and product catalogs.
- Directing the preparation of follow-up plans with consulting offices and identifying the list of approved suppliers.
- Directing the preparation of a report on recent accreditations and sending it to the Sales Coordination Department to begin their sales process.
- Setting plans for the execution of visits by the technical office engineers, determining the routes, and distributing visits among the technical office engineers.
- Assigning the department to coordinate with (consulting offices or projects) to schedule the visits from the technical office.
- Ensuring the receipt of the technical office visit reports, reviewing and discussing them with the technical office if necessary, and including them in the database.
- Creating a template for the technical office engineer's visit, which can help determine the potential withdrawal activities from the project.
- Supervisory Tasks:
- Directing and monitoring the preparation of reports on old accreditations that have not had any sales associated with them, sending them to the Coordination Department to investigate the issue with the sales department, and monitoring the results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Directing the follow-up and approval of movement invoices related to the technical office's visits and comparing them with the previously set plans.
- Directing the preparation of a detailed report in case a project accreditation is rejected, to serve as a reference for the Coordination and Sales Departments.
- Directing the preparation of a comparative report between the potential withdrawal volume for the project, according to the prior evaluation, and the actual withdrawal volume.
- Investigating the reasons for any negative results by contacting the project management to determine the cause (whether due to product quality, service time, sales management, collection management, or other factors) and presenting it to the relevant management for investigation.
- Directing the preparation of a recommendations report for the Coordination Department regarding any other advantages discovered during the visit related to potential sales for each project, as assessed by the engineer conducting the visit.
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar roleHands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environmentsGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issuesFamiliarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg.
