We specialize in high-precision injection moulded components, kinematic parts, and complex interior assemblies, delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions to the world’s largest car manufacturers.

As we expand our operations in Port Said’s Free Trade Zone (FTZ), we are seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to lead the financial strategy, control, and compliance for our Egyptian manufacturing operations. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring financial stability, cost control, and regulatory compliance in a complex international manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations, reporting, and compliance within the Port Said facility, ensuring adherence to local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cost control, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with CT Automotive’s global business objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with Free Trade Zone (FTZ) financial regulations, including tax incentives, customs duty exemptions, and trade agreements.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency in manufacturing, logistics, and procurement.
  • Manage working capital, optimizing inventory financing, receivables, and payables.
  • Lead the financial risk management strategy, ensuring the business is protected from currency fluctuations, inflation, and global market dynamics.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, scenario planning, and business intelligence.
  • Oversee audit processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA, CIMA, or CPA qualification preferred).8+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing or a multinational industrial company.Strong understanding of Egyptian Free Trade Zone regulations and international financial compliance.Experience in cost accounting, financial controls, and cash flow management within a high-volume manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Business Central, or equivalent) for financial reporting and planning.Proven track record in driving financial efficiency, cost reduction, and strategic planning.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
