  • Achieving the sales goals for the region and increasing the number of coloring centers.
  • Monitoring the sales movement, product stock, and setting an action plan to achieve goals and ensure that the center is presented properly.
  • Monitoring the Performance of Subordinate Centers under a main coloring center and ensuring that they meet the required goals.
  • Verifying the service level provided to the centers by the company, including product delivery, monthly gifts, machine maintenance, and advertising.
  • Assisting and training staff at the centers to improve their technical and commercial skills and persuade customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Problem Solving with the centers, resolving issues, and preparing reports about them.
  • Tracking promotional campaigns, offers, and new products introduced by the company in the market, enhancing their effectiveness, and ensuring that the centers are presenting and benefiting from them fully.
  • Organizing and supporting training seminars for the centers' staff, ensuring their success, and achieving the goals of these events.
