Role Overview:
As the CFO of our coffee trading company, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for financial planning, risk management, and ensuring the company’s financial stability. You will drive financial strategies that align with business growth objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance and optimizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee financial strategies to support business growth.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Manage financial risks, including currency fluctuations and commodity price volatility.
- Optimize capital structure and oversee investment decisions.
- Collaborate with other executives to drive operational efficiency.
- Develop strong banking, investor, and supplier relationships.
