- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and software.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2 to 5 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and network configurations.Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity practices.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Attention to detailProven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
