What You’ll Be Doing

• As the CTO, you will lead the technical strategy, innovation, and implementation of the company's AI offerings. You’ll work closely with the CEO to ensure that our AI solutions not only meet but exceed the needs of government & enterprise clients. Specifically, you will:
• AI Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a forward-thinking AI strategy aligned with RAIZ’s mission to deliver rapid, impactful artificial intelligence solutions.
• Platform & Framework Development: Architect scalable AI frameworks and platforms tailored to enterprise needs, enabling seamless integration and operationalization.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive the exploration and deployment of ML, DL, and GenAI technologies to solve complex business challenges and unlock new opportunities.
• Data Science & Engineering Excellence: Leverage your expertise to guide teams in building robust data pipelines, models, and architectures, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Team Building & Mentorship: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class technical team that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
• Enterprise Integration: Understand and address the unique challenges of enterprise environments, ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable business value.
