- Adherence to the internal 5S and HSE standards in the workplace, ensuring employees' dedication, and working on internal audit notes.
- Follow up on the progress of daily maintenance operations (preventive-corrective) and arrange them and coordinate with other departments and even the workflow.
- Planning and supervising the implementation of installations and new projects.
- Conducting a monthly analysis to give machines and identify the sources of problems and their radical solutions and discussing them in the main department.
- Applying electricity consumption on a daily basis and ensuring that the experimental view is not exceeded and conducting an analysis of the excess if any.
- Comprehensive planning plan by following up with technicians and department supervisor and ensuring the quality of implementation.
- Developing a maintenance plan for productivity (TPM) with a production engineer and follow-up.
- Working to maintain it based on the standards required for the KPIs department. - Planning a predictive maintenance plan and contributing to its development.
- Providing spare parts provision services and monthly analysis for it. A smart plan to manage spending and control costs.
- Making purchase orders for spare parts in the mechanical department and maintaining the balance according to their type.
- Updating the spare parts list for each machine (machine spare parts list)
- Inspecting spare parts as they are received and matching them with the purchase order from the required specifications and recording them on SAP.
- Providing solutions that help develop and facilitate operational production/workflow.
- Creating in reducing operating expenses by providing suggestions that help save and reduce operating costs (raw, labor, energy).
- Developing a plan to adjust production lines during the trip. (Shut Down Maintenance)
- Following up on contractors (external companies) in implementing the mechanical works assigned to them and receiving the technical package.
- Participating in evaluating the condition of the equipment.
- Performing other administrative tasks related to the work team (annual vacations, monthly incentives..)
