Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Media Buyer and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role combines expertise in planning and executing paid media campaigns with hands-on social media management to create impactful strategies that drive results. Flexibility, time management, and staying updated with trending social media strategies are critical. This is a hybrid position, requiring both on-site and off-site work depending on the project needs.
Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferredPlan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (Google Ads excluded).Conduct audience research to identify effective targeting strategies.Manage and monitor campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve goals.Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to incorporate into ad and organic strategies.Track and analyze organic social media performance to refine content strategies.Generate performance reports for both paid and organic social media efforts.Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams to align on goals and strategies.Excellent communication and negotiation skillsOrganizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detailCritical thinking skills
