- Receive the artwork requests containing all required data to start editing an already existent design (instructions, client sample or CD) from WITRON.
- Receive a priorities list from customer service department identifying the daily editing priorities.
- Receive the check list made by the designer and reviewing the list ‘s points and writing any further instructions that need to be noticed during manufacturing.
- Put the design in the layout approval form with all data and submitting it to be approved by the client (in case of editing an existing design).
- Send a soft copy of the design to the sales and customer service departments to take an initial approval, then printing the final copy to be signed by the client or sales representative.
- Receive MasterCard copy from the supervisor after reviewing client’s signature and starting printing preparations using all appropriate means for flexo/offset printing.
- Deliver the file to the process of serial preparation after reviewing and making decisions on which preparing clichés is based.
- Receive instructions and problems related to printing or data errors from the technical preparations supervisor and working to avoid them.
- The complete ability to reproduce any design or partial design if its cliché gets cut or if it is damaged through any shift in the absence of the designer.
