- Oversee daily clinics operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain Clinics policies and procedures.
- Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic
- Conduct performance reviews, provide for the personal development of staff, and
encourage retention. - Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews
- Ensure the clinics facility is working within the vision, mission, objectives and SOPs of
Mersal - Create new policies and procedures and ensure they make staff aware of the new changes
- Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
- Review the patients medical record
- Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinics
- Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory.
- Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic.
- Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
- Promote excellent customer service
- Assist in the development and implementation of a marketing plan.
A Bachelor of Medicine is required; a Diploma or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration is an advantage.Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a healthcare facility or clinic.Proven ability to supervise and inspire clinic staff to deliver high-quality performance.Strong organizational skills to maintain the delivery of top-tier services.Proficiency in managing procurement of supplies, equipment, and staffing for the clinic.Outstanding interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, specialists, and the broader public.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Solid data analysis and reporting skills.
